Bringing the Avatar of Death to life.
So the new Technical Tesseract Glow paint from Citadel is pretty cool! I first tried it on a Mortifier which led me to trying it on the bigger flames of the Yncarne:
I think it works better over a lighter color -- the Yncarne was primed with Grey Seer Contrast spray vs the venom blade which had a Mithril Silver (old citadel) undercoat:
Anyway, I still have a lot of work left on the gold and all the soul stones and little details in the flames; also still trying to smooth out the hair + highlights, then the face of course which is going to be the hardest part for me. But overall I'm enjoying how this one is turning out. Here's some rando progress shots:
