Look, Joe's paints aren't all dried up!
Although some were, somehow this 20 year old pot of Rotting Flesh was still good. And lucky for me cause it was just the shade I needed for the skin on this haemonculus.
I'm definitely rusty and couldn't even tell you how long it's been since I picked up a brush. Probably should have started with a marine or something that isn't an OOP metal mini, but when the mood strikes you just have to go for it! Still a ways to go on this guy and I'm hoping to try a new method on the eyes and hopefully improve my skills in that area.
I also started playing around with some color combos for my Harlequins. Nothing final but I know I like this as one of the prominent colors:
Primed up and on deck is another Venom and finally my long-time-coming Voidraven Bomber:
Cheers and happy heat wave!
