Hard to believe the blog turns 5 today! Time, like the last model I assembled, sure does fly. This past year especially felt like non-stop, go go go -- it was a tremendously busy year with real life stuff that didn't leave much time to hobby unfortunately. But, I was fortunate to make it out to a few really awesome gaming events, some of the best games I've had in a looong time!
I'm happy to finally have some hobby progress to share too, with this sleek looking Voidraven bomber:
From this point, I need to magnetise the void mine and probably the main gun and missile mounts. Then on to the painting. The kit is beautiful and I hope I can give it a proper paint job. It may be overcosted game-wise but I absolutely intend to field it, along with it's smaller sibling the Razorwing jet fighter. It looks too cool to stay in the display case. Anyways, I hope to make some more progress on this over the holidays when I have some more time off.
